What is Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai Yoga Massage or Nuad Boran, as it is traditionally called in Thailand, is based on Indian Ayurvedic Medicine, Buddhist principles, and Yoga. Its primary Buddhist foundation is 'Metta', which means 'loving kindness'.

Thai Yoga Massage is considered temple medicine, and can be traced back 2,500 years.  It is believed to be founded by Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha, yogi and personal doctor of the Buddha.

It is a full body treatment that focuses on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and releasing energetic blocks within the body. As a result, the immune system is strengthened, stress released, flexibility and range of the body is expanded, leaving the receiver with a calm gentle feeling of improved health and well being.
